 | Tuesday, August 12th, 2053: McGinnity Shuts Out Cyclones Tom McGinnity of the Kansas City Tornadoes was right on target when he blanked the Brooklyn Cyclones 1-0, yielded 1 hit and totaled 3 walks and 10 strikeouts. Speaking to SION reporters after the game, McGinnity said, "I had everything working today and I got some help from my defense, too. They saved my butt a few times." In the 2053 season McGinnity has 15 wins and 5 losses and a 1.67 ERA. |
