 | Saturday, April 4th, 2054: Cousin Tags Manatees 5 Hits 5 hits in 5 at-bats. It doesn't happen every day, and when it does, it's exciting. Today Jack Cousin of the Las Vegas Aces had a sensational 5-5 game against Florida at Aces Ballpark. He rifled base hits all over the ballpark in his team's 10-7 shellacking of the Manatees. In the postgame press conference he joked, "Heck, that's a week's worth of hitting for me and I did it all in one day. I guess I can take the rest of the week off...Right, skipper?" J. Cousin singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off B. Lowe in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 7th and singled in the 9th. This year Cousin is batting .348 with 2 home runs. |
